All Black Everything

I can't get enough of wearing black lately, it's been my go to color. I wore this yesterday for Valentines Day because this sweater was my Valentine's gift from my mom , so I thought I'd throw in some red with my sneaker wedges since they haven't made an appearance on my blog yet. Also , I want to note that yes my hair has a slight maroon tint to it but NOT like it looks in these pictures. It was just super sunny so it made it look more red I guess. Just wanted to clear that up ..

I've only been back in LA for a week & I already have tons of projects and assignments for school. How does that happen so fast?! 

I'm currently reeeeally excited though because my cousins wife is pregnant and they just sent me her first ultrasound pic this morning that you can clearly see! Seriously adorable. You can see the little feet and everything. Annnd my mom & cousin Courtney are coming out to LA in March so they're currently finalizing their plans which is pretty darn exciting too. I've started a countdown until they're here. One more exciting thing .. Melie Bianco featured me on their hand bag website .. so cool. Check me out HERE.

Studded

Still freezing cold & snowing here in Cinci. I can't wait to be back in LA weather but I wish I could take my family with me. Anywho .. I'm in cinci for another week so I'm cramming in as much fun with my family and friends as I possibly can before I leave. Yesterday I went shooting at a gun range for the first time with my cousins and tonight I'm going fast track go-karting , pretty awesome 24 hours and start to the new year if you ask me. Also , big thanks to all of you for supporting Carried Away through its first year! You're all awesome :)

For the first time since I moved here it's been unbearably hot in LA for the past week , along with experiencing my first earthquakes .. NOT FUN I might add. I was such a baby when the first one happened but coming from Ohio they are new to me so I guess that's expected. But long behold .. here's a new outfit post finally. My family surprised me with a camera last week so this was my first time using it , aaaand IM OBSESSED. Anyways , hope you're all having a good weekend!

Tinkerbell Dress Up

Every little girls fantasy is to wear a poofy , sparkly dress .. and over the weekend I succeeded in experiencing this FINALLY at age 21. KEDS Spring Preview

This past Tuesday I went to the KEDS Spring preview with Emily of STYLEmap. So much fun seeing my fav LA fashion bloggers, on top of delicious food & drinks. While there we got to have our fashion croquis drawn by Wyatt; definitely hung mine up in my room. Best part of the night? Getting to admire all of the adorable shoes & then pick a pair out to bring home! FIRST POST: gothic colors

First photo shoot was a success! I am so excited about this blog. Fun cheap finds are my absolute favorite so you'll definitely see a lot of them :) I'll be posting typical outfits that I wear, hopefully at least once a week. I currently go to FIDM in Los Angeles so fashion plays a huge part in my life and I definitely do it on a budget.
