DC shoes event via Instagram

Wednesday I went to the DC shoes event at the Roosevelt hotel with my friend Emily; and let me just say it was DEFINITELY one of the top 5 events I've ever gone to. Not only did I get a sneak peek of their new fall shoe & clothing line which is beyond amazing. But I also enjoyed some sweet treats, coconut water, a hair braiding bar by Nine Zero One Salon, hair products by Unite, a manicure station with China Glaze, and a makeup station with Blushington, so much girl fun! And on top of all this, Emily & I both left with a stocked goodie bag full of amazing products courtesy of these brands :) I've been living in the DC red and white sun dress seen above. Be sure to check these brands out, you're sure to love them!

Easy Breezy

After a long weekend of fun with friends celebrating cinco de mayo & attending a rooftop pool party//fashion show at the hotel W, it was nice to have a relaxing Monday of no classes with my friend Emily. We spent the day taking store photos for school & work and then on the way home stopped for a little photo shoot! Back to reality today though!

Runaway Train

I'm currently on Spring Break so I flew back home to Cincinnati, Ohio for the week to see family & friends and celebrate my 21st. There are some really neat old places in a town here so I spent the day taking pictures at a couple of my favorites. One of them being the old train tracks above. I brought along one of my best friends Erica Menke, because at 5'9, I'm SURE that she should model .. and after photographing her, I found I was correct. It was such a fun day taking pictures with her and my mom. I hope you all enjoy the pics as much as we did! Like my Facebook page to see the rest of our pictures by later this week :)
